Sure, Robert Downey Jr. and Jamie Foxx are the stars of "The Soloist," which opened last week. But those attending the movie may notice another star -- the Second Street Tunnel in Los Angeles. Who is an aggressive driver? Maybe you
A recent AAA survey on aggressive driving found that even as people cited it as a serious or extremely serious traffic safety problem, they also admitted to driving in ways that could be deemed aggressive.
