Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers

A way to keep clean and fight cancer
Thursday's Ritchie Bros. auction in Olympia will feature heavy equipment and trucks -- and one bright pink street sweeper. After Tina McDonough, the owner of One.7, Inc., a used sweeper dealer located in Ravensdale, Wash., lost a friend to breast cancer she was inspired to repaint and donate the sweeper to raise money for breast cancer research. The sweeper will be sold to the highest bidder on auction day, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. For more information about the auction and the pink street sweeper, go to rbauction.com.
