I drive a 30 year old Mercedes diesel that is as luxurious and better performing than most new cars today while still getting the over 25mpg.

My vehicle is a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban with a hotrod engine... definitely an "Other."

My 2001 BMW 525i is a joy.... getting over 20mpg in city. She prefers to go 110 mph, this stop and go straffic in Seattle is torture.

So the 1967 Ford Bronco probably isn't going to win any economy awards, but the cool factor is way up there! And if it breaks, I can do the work myself...

I commute 85 miles a day in a Toyota Yaris that gets 41+ mpg. Sort weekend trips are spent in my Porsche 911 or Porsche Cayenne. You really can have it all.

2000 TDI VW Jetta. 145K+ miles. I get 40 mpg around town and close to 50 mpg on the highway. Its paid for and it still looks good.
