Cadillac not giving up on European sales
After a year out of the market, Cadillac is returning to Western Europe, General Motors announced last week at the Geneva auto show. The European initiative will focus on the brand's prestigious, high-performance models, including the CTS sedan (shown at right), sports wagon and coupe, the Escalade and hybrid Escalade, and the SRX crossover. The company expects to sell about 3,000 cars a year in key markets like Germany, Switzerland, Italy and luxury-oriented cities like Paris.
