Think debut
Electric-car company Think announced it will begin selling its Think City in New York City later this year, with select cities to follow soon after. The Think City is one of the world's first highway-capable electric vehicles. It has a range of 100 miles and a top speed of 62 mph.
Natural gas
General Motors has announced it will develop and sell converted full-size trucks and vans powered by compressed natural gas. GM intends to offer the vehicles within two years and joins Ford as two of the largest automakers to offer CNG.
