Yeah, there definitely should be such a law. And I think in some states there is.
Goes right along with the law that says dogs need to be secured if riding in the back of an open bed truck.

Dogs like to stick their noses out car windows. I have been doing it for 6 years, since I was a pup.
If our owners dont care that we turn to mush when we hit the windshield or break their kid's neck when we crash into them from the back seat during an accident, then who are we to bark about it?
Besides, I have a living will.
