"I LOVE MY CAR BECAUSE ... it has been in my family since it was delivered for a load of wheat in 1928 to my great-uncle in Nebraska. It was handed down to my aunts, then my dad, and I got it about 10 years ago. It's a handful to drive, but there are very few of these in original condition left."

I have a '28 Olds F28 4-door sedan that is an older restoration and is the same exact color. You might see me driving it around Everett from time to time.

Great picture! And that wonderful green tone! Growing up in North Dakota in the 30's and 40's, this was the first family car I can remember. I have many memories of that experience. One most touching - my father driving across our farm pasture through winter snow drifts bringing home my mother and new baby sister in January, 1938. I was 4 years old, 4 and a half, actually, and watching, with siblings and a care person, out our kitchen door. Thanks so much for sharin
