Most, least likely vehicles to be stolen
The Highway Loss Data Institute, an insurance industry group, has calculated theft claim rates for vehicles from the 2007-2009 model years. The data reports thefts per insured vehicles on the road. The most and least likely to be stolen:

Honda's U.S. output tops Japan
Honda marked a milestone during the April-June quarter, building more vehicles in the U.S. than in Japan. Honda assembled 236,819 vehicles in the U.S. and 236,559 in Japan during the quarter, according to a report issued last week. The proportion of Honda vehicles sold in the U.S. that are produced in North America reached 90 percent in the first six months of 2010.
