LEAF tour
Nissan has reached its goal of 20,000 reservations for its Leaf electric vehicle, just ahead of the start of its "Drive Electric Tour." The 23-city tour will be the first chance for the public to test-drive the Leaf. The tour stops in Seattle Nov. 12-14.

INFINITI reveal
Infiniti recently released a sketch of its first luxury electric vehicle, the Infiniti EV, which is set to launch in the U.S. an in 2013 (shown above). The five-seat high-performance vehicle will have zero emissions. It's part of the company's "Eco Performance" strategy, which also includes the M35h, a hybrid sedan set to launch in the U.S. in the spring.
