My last speeding ticket was a result of what took place when local law enforcement and the Washington Transportation Department got their federal government grants--ie. stimulus money-- and ramped up their "Slow Down or Pay Up" campaign. In other words, they used our tax dollars to give us more tickets! How about that! Oh, and also to buy more undercover patrol cars than I ever have seen in any one state before. Slime never dies. It just mutates and takes on new forms.
