Area Volkswagen tech to vie for world title
Scott Roberts, a master certified technician at Roger Jobs Motors in Bellingham, recently won first place in Volkswagen of America's Nationwide Service Qualification Championship. The award qualifies Roberts to compete with technicians from 59 countries for the world title in May in Germany. Roberts, who has worked at Roger Jobs for 13 years, won a trip for two to Aruba as part of the award. "Scott has been a model employee and committed to providing excellent service to our customers," says Byron Sprague, general manager of Roger Jobs Motors.
