This compact crossover, set to replace the Escape, debuted at the Detroit auto show in January. It is scheduled for production in 2012, complete with a four-cylinder EcoBoost engine and Auto Start-Stop technology for better fuel efficiency. It is unknown if the glass roof strip will make it into the production version.
