Concept Car: The Prius C is the most fuel-efficient non-plug-in hybrid

The Prius C, unveiled at the Detroit auto show in January, is Toyota's small, urban hybrid option. It's expected to come to market in 2012, affordably priced at around $20,000. Toyota says it will be the most fuel-efficient non-plug-in hybrid on the market.
