Roadside charge
Seattle is one of six cities AAA has picked for a pilot program to offer a roadside-assistance truck with the capability to charge electric vehicles. The motor club can provide Level 2 and Level 3 charging. The program will begin later this summer and continue into the fall.

Waste reduction
Castrol is partnering with Walmart Tire and Lube Express to provide oil in more environmentally friendly packaging than quart bottles. Castrol Enviro-Packs use a poly bag inside a cardboard carton, and are expected to reduce discarded plastic at Walmart's 2,500 facilities by more than 85 percent.
