NADAguides names top new-model buys
NADAguides has announced its Top Recommended Current Buys for the quarter, based on depreciation value, current incentives and rebates, warranty, assistance services and features. The models recommended are:

New Infiniti will have Mercedes-Benz base
Mercedes-Benz will share its all-new B-Class platform with Japanese rival Infiniti, which will use it as the foundation for a new compact luxury car for 2014. Mercedes-Benz, Renault and Nissan (which owns the Infiniti brand) are 18 months into a strategic partnership that will include sharing powertrains and assorted platforms. The coalition will also assess the possibility of working together to develop zero-emission vehicles. Company heads say cooperation on engines and vehicle platforms helps avoid overlapping investment and reduce costs.
