Honda Fit goes electric; Ford Evos to make high-tech debut

Electric Fit
The electric version of the Honda Fit subcompact (shown) debuted at last week's Los Angeles Auto Show. It's expected to go around 100 miles on a charge. It goes on sale in the U.S. next year; pricing hasn't been announced. The Fit EV was shown as a concept car at last year's L.A. show.

Evos debut
Ford will debut its Ford Evos concept, a plug-in hybrid with gull-wing doors, in the U.S. at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show in January. The car (shown) features technological innovations such as cloud computing and health-monitoring systems.
