Mitsubishi EV tops efficiency list; Idaho may get bus plant

Fuel efficiency leader
The 2012 Mitsubishi i electric vehicle has been rated the fuel-economy leader in the EPA's annual Fuel Economy Guide. The all-electric car was EPA-rated 112 combined/126 city/99 highway miles per gallon equivalent. The i went on sale last month.

Idaho manufacturing plant
A Chinese maker of electric buses says it hopes to move its U.S. office to Boise this year and could eventually manufacture some of its vehicles in southwestern Idaho. Zhongda Industrial Group isn't saying just where or when a manufacturing plant would be built or how many jobs such a move would create.
