(The Associated Press)

Spark intro
General Motors unveiled its 2014 Chevrolet Spark EV (shown) at the L.A. Auto Show, which ends today. The all-electric car will go on sale in the summer in California and Oregon, with other markets to follow. It'll be priced below $25,000 after federal tax credits. GM didn't say how far the car will go on a charge. It will be the first EV in North America to have SAE Combo DC Fast Charge capability, which can offer a charge to 80 percent of capacity in about 20 minutes.
