Great Wall Kulla EV
The Chinese answer to the Renault Twizzy, this all-electric concept seats two people, one behind the other. It debuted at the Shanghai auto show in April. It has a top speed of 40 mph and a range of 100 miles per charge. Each charge takes 4.5 hours on 220 volts. Electric cars have been slow to catch on in China, but Kulla's makers are hoping there is enough interest so they can begin production.
