Ford eyes Great Wall as strong competitor
Great Wall Motor Co., China's top seller of sport utility vehicles such as the M4 (shown), has the most traction among the country's carmakers with global ambitions, the head of Ford's Asia region says. "They seem to be coming up with good designs, quality. They've started to export," says David Schoch, president of Ford Asia Pacific. Great Wall wants to double sales over three years to 1.3 million vehicles by 2015. Ford is on a growth plan of its own in China. By 2015, Ford will have the capacity to produce more cars and trucks in Asia than it made last year in North America.

Zombie SUV comes to life at Comic Con
Out of more than 82,500 fan submissions, Hyundai picked Anson Kuo's design as the winning Zombie Survival Machine and revealed the modified Santa Fe at New York Comic Con last week. Kuo's design features knife blades, an automatic crossbow, razor-wired windows, three machine guns, a samurai sword, aluminum armor and a muffler silencer. To create his design, Kuo used Hyundai's "The Walking Dead" Chop Shop app.
