Automakers among Customer Champions; Subaru to make Impreza in Indiana

Customer Champions include 4 auto brands

Four automakers — Cadillac (logo shown), Jaguar, Lexus and Lincoln — are among 50 companies noted for their outstanding customer service on the J.D. Power 2014 Customer Champions list. J.D. Power used customer feedback in its evaluation of 600 brands across nine industries and picked the top 50 based on five areas: people, presentation, price, process and product. "The 50 companies we've recognized as Customer Champions demonstrate the highest levels of service excellence, not just compared with their direct competitors, but also across all facets of the customer experience," says Finbarr O'Neill, president of J.D. Power, a marketing-information company.
